Step 1 - Select the
design package that is best for you. |

When you're ready to get a new website, logo, brochure,
business cards etc...go to our packages page to find
the right package and price combination for you. We
offer various packages that vary depending on the extent
of services your business needs i.e. packages with more
content and time involved, number of concepts and revisions
that will be available within the package.
Other design packages may included logo, business
cards combo etc...So please look at all of the packages
we carry carefully to make sure you are getting the
most for your time and money.
Once you select a package, we'll collect your contact
and billing information. This will allow us better know
your business before we call for our Bran Storming Session
in addition, you can reach us by phone call or email
with any questions about your design (s).

Step 2 - Brain Storming
Session. |
|
After we confirm your order, we will contact you
and ask you to answer questions in a brain storming
session that will help us understand you and your business
need. We will ask you certain question to help you better
understand the process of the design (s) and answer
any questions you might have concern or uncertain about.
We will develop your product that fulfills your business
purposes and will appeal to both you and your customers
in terms of color, style, and overall feel.
If you have any questions about the brain storming
session, you can contact us for assistance, or you can
submit it as is.
After you sign up, we will e-mail you a link where
you can see the progress of your project.

Step 3 - View and Comment
on the original design concepts. |
|
The designers that have been assigned to your project
will design initial concepts based on what the brain
storming session tells them about what your company
wants to convey with your website, logo, brochure, business
cards and/or any other design (s) ohgogosh is working
on for you.
Your initial concepts will be available in just 3
business days.
You'll get as many concepts as you ordered in your
package. In addition, sometimes designers will provide
an extra concept for free.
The designers will sometimes make comments about
their design (s) to help you understand why they chose
to illustrate a design (s) a particular way.

Step 4 - View and Comment
on your design revisions. |
|
Once you choose an initial concept, we'll make changes
that you wanted to make to your design to your liking.
Your revisions helps our designers apply their expertise
to your vision. Be sure to be specific on your comments
to help our designers best enhance and portray your
vision for your design (s).
You'll see revisions of your design you selected
within 2 business days after and have the ability to
revise according to your package you choose. Most designers
will not have a limit of revisions so as long the revisions
are minimal and quick in time. You will be notified
via e-mail with links to view your design (s).
If you have any questions or are having trouble putting
your thoughts into words, you are welcome to contact
us for assistance. We will personally assist you during
the revision process and discuss with you the different
ideas you might be considering. We will help you understand
what makes a great design (s).

Step 5 - Get your final
design. |
|
After you finalize your design (s), we'll format
it for immediate download so you can start using it
right away. This ensures that your design (s) will look
great in any application including faxes, websites,
Microsoft Office, Intuit Quickbooks, email signatures,
signs, billboards, vehicle graphics, promotional products,
and apparel.

Each concept is customized to your business
based on our Brain Storming Sessions. The more
concepts you have, the more choices you have.
After you view your initial concepts, you choose
one to refine.

Revisions rounds allow you to make changes
so that you can fine tune your website, logo,
business cards, brochures and other product
you ordered to your exact specifications.
Maybe you want to see a different color, font,
or layout you want to experiment with a different
style. You can continue to alter and polish
your logo until it's just the way you want it
to look.

WHEN DOES THE INITIAL CONCEPT OR WORK BEGIN ? (of any of
our services we offer)
After your payment has been received, we will begin working
on your project. You will receive a phone call 24 hours - if
requested or any uncertainty with initial forms or questionnaires.
In 3 business days we will present you the first (depending
on the selected package). You will be able to view your samples
and choose the one with which you would like to work.
HOW IS THE FINAL PROJECT DELIVERED?
When you feel completely satisfied with the final work, we'll
post all your work immediately to our website. You can download
them to your computer for immediate use. They will remain on
our site for a whole year so you can access them at any time.
A few days after we have finalized your logo, we will send
you a CD-ROM with various format to be used for what ever reason
you choose. They will be saved in Original Art Work (s), JPG,
BMP, TIFF , PNG, and GIF formats.
